Welcome to Winity. These terms set out the rules for using our website and entering our skill based competitions and instant win promotions. By creating an account or buying tickets you accept these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- You must create an account with accurate details. We may request proof of age and identity before releasing any prize.
- Employees and contractors of Winity and their household members may be excluded from entering specific competitions.
3. Account and balance
- You can top up your account balance using the payment methods offered such as PayPal.
- Funds in your balance are non interest bearing. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts for suspected misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms.
4. Competitions and tickets
- Our competitions include a simple skill question. You must answer correctly to be eligible to win the main prize.
- Ticket price, total tickets, and closing date are displayed on each competition page.
- Your entry is confirmed when the system assigns ticket numbers and your balance is debited.
- Free postal entry is available. See section 10 for instructions.
5. Instant wins
- Certain ticket numbers are marked as instant win in advance and at random.
- If you are assigned an instant win ticket, the prize value is credited to your account balance automatically.
- Unclaimed instant wins remain hidden and have no effect on the main draw.
6. Draws and winners
- After the closing date or when all tickets are sold, a winner is selected at random from eligible correct entries.
- We may use a random number generator or an equivalent transparent method. We record draw details for audit.
- Winners will be contacted using the details on their account. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we may redraw.
7. Prizes
- Prizes are as described on the competition page. No cash alternative unless stated.
- We aim to deliver prizes within 30 days after winner verification unless a different timeline is stated.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or import duties that may apply.
8. Cancellations, refunds and errors
- All ticket purchases are final once confirmed. No refund for change of mind.
- If a competition is cancelled, we will refund ticket costs to your Winity balance.
- We may void entries and issue refunds for technical errors, mispricing, or other mistakes that affect fairness.
9. Responsible play
- Please only spend what you can afford. Contact us if you want a temporary cooling off period or account closure.
10. Free postal entry
You can enter without payment by posting your full name, address, email, contact number, the competition name, and your answer to:
Competition Entries, PO Box [xxxxx], [City], [Postcode], United Kingdom
- One postal entry per person per competition unless stated otherwise.
- Entries must be received before the competition closing date. We are not responsible for delays or losses in the post.
11. Content and acceptable use
- You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disrupts service for others.
- All site content is owned by Winity or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.
12. Liability
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Privacy

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies. We will highlight material changes where practical.
15. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
